The biomechanical principle that is required for a fast bowler in cricket is Newtons Law which is used in the run-up phase ,by
maintaining a consistent velocity throughout the run up this allows the bowling action to be at rest.Newtons second law allows
the maximal efficiency within the run -up. By being more efficient during the run-up it will provide greater force which will also
gain an optimal amount of acceleration and will in-turn produce a faster delivery. Newtons third law & the impulse momentum
relationship is evident when the bowler is in the delivery stride ,& as the bowler maneauvers themselves when braking & the
then propelling into the ball release creating force for a speedier cricket bowl. In cricket there are two types of bowling -front
bowling and side on bowling & this biomechanics programme will cover both of these as well as the follow up.The programme
covers all 5 phases of each bowling action the run -up using newtons first law looking into how to effect change by increasing force and inertia , and newtons second law ( law in motion) eg the mass of the ball and gaining acceleration whilst the bowler gains speed themselves and newtons third law relating to bowlers foot contact and ground strike and how to aim for a force

Rowing is a periodic movement that incorporates the following stroke phases- "catch" ,drive, finsh and recovery phase .Optimal
rowing requires the repetition of these phases as precisely as possible for more then 200 strokes during competition. Therefore
competent rowers require good biomechanical stroke consistency which will then impact on injury prevention and recovery.
There are 3 distinct forces that act on the rower ,forces exerted at the foot, the seat and the hand. Force is generated directly at
the foot stretcher & the rower acts as the mechanical link between the force exerted at the foot stretcher & the force which is transferred via the hands into the oar. The force transitioned into the oar via the hands is dependent on the force exerted on the foot stretcher and the acceleration of the body. The biomechanical principle that is required for a fast bowler in cricket is Newtons Law which is used in the run-up phase ,by
maintaining a consistent velocity throughout the run up this allows the bowling action to be at rest.Newtons second law allows
the maximal efficiency within the run -up. By being more efficient during the run-up it will provide greater force which will also
gain an optimal amount of acceleration and will in-turn produce a faster delivery. Newtons third law & the impulse momentum
relationship is evident when the bowler is in the delivery stride ,& as the bowler maneauvers themselves when braking & the
then propelling into the ball release creating force for a speedier cricket bowl. In cricket there are two types of bowling -front
bowling and side on bowling & this biomechanics programme will cover both of these as well as the follow up.The programme
covers all 5 phases of each bowling action the run -up using newtons first law looking into how to effect change by increasing force and inertia , and newtons second law ( law in motion) eg the mass of the ball and gaining acceleration whilst the bowler gains speed themselves and newtons third law relating to bowlers foot contact and ground strike and how to aim for a force

There are 3 distinct forces that act on the rower ,forces exerted at the foot, the seat and the hand. Force is generated directly at

Body Coach Fitness Signature Biomechanics & Core has developed an Equine Biomechanics Method to unlock rider and horse
biomechanics . Biomechanics is the study of the functioning of the body in movement using mechanical principles.It is highly relevant to horse riding because here we have two biomechanical systems working together. In order to bring about the right
biomechanical dynamics of the two systems we need to understand both the biomechanics of both horse and rider. We need to look at the functioning of the horse riders body and the correct riding position as well as the posture of the horse rider as well as the horses biomechanics eg- how to ride a horse in balance.At Body Coach Fitness Signature Biomchanics & Core we will embrace the true mechanics of the equine locomotive system and the physics of the horse rider as well. The goal is to balance
the horse anatomically and teach the rider to use their body to maintain it. There are three stages to this Equine Biomechanic
Method -Stage one assesses the equine locomotion system as every horse is different . We will look at how the horse moves,
through it's gait, if the horse is lame, any behavioural issues, & help the horse to unlearn it's imbalances and to become more
aware of its dysfunction.Stage two will correct the riders position and stabilise the seat. Most riders are taught incorrrect rider
positions and this forces the rider to balance themselves by either forcing their weight into the stirrups or by gripping with their
legs .We will teach head to toe body alignment in order to ride with less burden to the horses movement , and you will also learn how to use the upper body correctly and gain newfound stability and relearn correct positioning to stabilise your body
on a moving horse. Stage three is synchronisation of rider and horse. The key objective of this stage is to synchronise the riders
movement with their horses so that together they operate as one unit in harmonious balance. We will draw up a customised
plan of schooling exercises that aim to transform the ride from a passenger into a horse's balance barometer , where the rider
maintains the unit's centre of balance so that when the horse steps away from it ,the rider is there to guide the horse back.In this stage you can expect a stable and balanced position in the saddle, to find your horse rounding without pulling and your ride will feel more balanced and you can develop your riding skills further without injuries to horse and rider. of movement ,that's the fundamental principle of biomechanics. It also covers the principle of linked segments in the body ,&
muscle forces and the combined action of the muscle force on joints, the principle of impulse-causing momentum , a body
speeds up or slows down only while external force is applied , and it speeds up or slows down only in the direction the force is applied. The next principle covered is the principle of the stretch-shorten cycle and then the principle of summing joint forces.
