menstrual cycle.Tailoring your training & nutrition around your menstrual cycle will help improve performance
and increase the health benefits of exercise and nutrients. This training and nutrition programme will follow all the four phases of your menstrual cycle. For example the programme will start with the early follicular phase
occuring at the start of menstruation and lasting until ovulation during this phase oestrogen and progesterone

The second phase is the follicular phase when oestrogen is surging in the body so exercise needs to focus on

menstrual cycle.Tailoring your training & nutrition around your menstrual cycle will help improve performance
and increase the health benefits of exercise and nutrients. This training and nutrition programme will follow all the four phases of your menstrual cycle. For example the programme will start with the early follicular phase
occuring at the start of menstruation and lasting until ovulation during this phase oestrogen and progesterone

The second phase is the follicular phase when oestrogen is surging in the body so exercise needs to focus on
